Last updated: September 27, 2026. Accuracy matters to GameWilds. This policy explains how readers can report an error and how we handle corrections.
How to report an error
Use our Contact page and include the article URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, and a reliable source or explanation that supports the correction.
How we review reports
- We check the published claim against official or otherwise reliable current sources.
- We distinguish factual errors from differences of opinion.
- We update the article when a correction is supported.
- We may contact the reporter if more detail is required.
Types of changes
Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, and clarity edits may be corrected without a notice. Material factual changes that could alter a reader’s understanding are explained in the article when appropriate. Major developing stories may also receive an updated timestamp.
Codes, patches, and changing information
Game codes, rewards, balance values, system requirements, and platform features can change after publication. When accurate at publication but later outdated, the article is updated rather than treated as an original reporting error.
No silent distortion
We do not remove or rewrite a material mistake to hide that it occurred. Corrections are made to improve the record and help players make informed decisions.
